Sci-Fi Corporations: Water & Power

Based on a British comic, the film Tank Girl gives Malcolm McDowell (as Kesslee) the reins to Water & Power. Apparently, he's the perfect foil for punkers and benevolent, mutated kangaroos. Considering he's known for a bit of the ultraviolent, as well as killing Captain Kirk, the choice seems reasonable. Luckily, Tank Girl Lori Petty is there to put him in his very dry place.
